Katie O’Sullivan, the founder of KOS Consulting, has over 13 years of experience in strategic, digital and traditional B2B marketing. Her passion for strategy and process improvement was ignited when she worked for a manufacturing company in Boston, MA, USA. It was there that she was introduced to Lean Manufacturing principles and learned how to apply them to marketing and business development strategies.

Throughout her career spanning industries such as legal professional services, healthcare, educational travel, and recruitment, she continued to build a unique process improvement and data-driven marketing strategy framework which is the foundation of KOS Consulting.
